Bu metin; dronercelik.com, dronercelik.com/lp sayfaları ile Instagram ve Facebook’taki başvuru formları üzerinden bizimle paylaştığınız kişisel verilerin nasıl kullanıldığını özetler. English version below.

2. Hangi verileri, nereden alıyoruz?
- Site ve LP formu: ad soyad, telefon; isteğe bağlı konu ve mesaj; bilgilendirme izni.
- Instagram / Facebook başvuru formu: ad soyad, telefon, isteğe bağlı e-posta ve ameliyat zamanlamasıyla ilgili cevabınız. Form Meta tarafından barındırılır ve bilgiler bize Meta üzerinden iletilir.
- WhatsApp ve telefon: numaranız ve yazışma ya da görüşmede kendi isteğinizle paylaştığınız bilgiler.
- Site kullanımı: çerezler ve benzer teknolojiler; ayrıntılar Çerez Politikası’ndadır.
Sağlık bilgisi paylaşmanız zorunlu değildir. Paylaşırsanız yalnızca talebinize dönüş yapmak için kullanılır; reklam ve ölçüm araçlarına gönderilmez.
3. Neden kullanıyoruz?
Talebinize dönüş yapmak, muayene randevusu oluşturmak, sorularınızı yanıtlamak, izin verdiyseniz bilgilendirme mesajı göndermek ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için. Hukuki sebepler ve haklarınızın ayrıntısı KVKK Aydınlatma Metni’ndedir.
4. Kimlerle paylaşılıyor?
- Barındırma ve e-posta hizmet sağlayıcısı,
- Hasta iletişimini yönetmek için kullanılan müşteri ilişkileri (CRM) hizmeti ve WhatsApp Business,
- Başvuru formları için Meta Platforms; çerez onayı verdiyseniz, ölçüm ve reklam için Google (yalnızca olay bilgileri, kimliğiniz ve sağlık bilginiz değil),
- Sitenin teknik yönetimini yapan ajans (gizlilik yükümlülüğü altında),
- Kanunen yetkili kurumlar (talep hâlinde).
Verilerinizi satmayız ve reklam amacıyla başkalarına vermeyiz. Hizmet sağlayıcıların bir kısmının sunucuları yurt dışındadır; aktarımlar KVKK’nın 9. maddesindeki güvencelere uygun yapılır.
5. Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz?
Başvuru ve iletişim kayıtları randevu sürecinin gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır, ardından silinir veya anonim hâle getirilir. Muayeneye gelmeniz hâlinde tutulan tıbbi kayıtlar sağlık mevzuatındaki sürelere tabidir.
6. Haklarınız ve iletişim
Verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, bilgilendirme izninizi geri alma haklarınız vardır. Başvurularınız için: info@dronercelik.com. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz yanıtlanır.

This notice explains how we use the personal data you share with us through dronercelik.com, the dronercelik.com/lp pages and our lead forms on Instagram and Facebook.

Data we collect
- Website and landing page form: name, phone number; optionally your topic and message; consent to receive information messages.
- Instagram / Facebook lead form: name, phone number, optionally e-mail, and your answer about the timing of surgery. The form is hosted by Meta, which forwards your answers to us.
- WhatsApp and phone: your number and anything you choose to tell us.
- Website use: cookies and similar technologies, only with your consent where required (see the Cookie Policy, in Turkish).
You do not have to share health information. If you do, it is used only to answer your enquiry and is never sent to advertising or analytics tools.
Purposes and legal bases
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, answer your questions and, if you agreed, send you information messages. For visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom the legal bases are: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and keeping our forms secure (Art. 6(1)(f)); your consent for information messages, cookies and any health information you choose to share (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a)). Turkish law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) also applies.
Recipients and transfers
Our hosting and e-mail provider, the CRM service and WhatsApp Business used to manage patient enquiries, Meta Platforms (for lead forms), Google (analytics and advertising measurement, event data only, with your consent), the agency that maintains the website (under confidentiality), and public authorities where required by law. Your enquiry is handled in Türkiye, which does not have an EU adequacy decision; we share only what is necessary to answer you. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Enquiry and contact records are kept for as long as needed to arrange your consultation and are then deleted or anonymised. If you become a patient, medical records are kept for the periods required by Turkish health law.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@dronercelik.com; we reply free of charge within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
